I just purchased a plan, how come I only have 10 days worth of SmrtGuard (PayPal only) ?

I have purchased a plan (Monthly/ 6 Month/or Yearly) from PayPal, but in my Account tab I only see 10 days worth of SmrtGuard.

Answer

If you have purchased SmrtGuard after July 3rd, this is normal and expected. Why? Because via PayPal purchase, you get a 10 day trial, which means you can cancel at anytime before the 10 days expires. On the 10th day when PayPal actually charges your account, then your account will be automatically extended base on what you purchased.
