I can't use the Where I've Been feature? Why?

I'm having trouble getting the Where I've Been feature to work? Why is that?

Answer

Where I've Been is a new feature released in version 2.01. Currently there some requirements for this feature to work:

    1) Your OS needs to be version 4.5 and above

    2) This feature requires BB Maps to be installed. You can download blackberry maps at http://maps.blackberry.com.

If you are having trouble downloading through the website (getting system requirements issue), please use apploader on your desktop manager to install it:

    a) Plug in the phone to your PC and open Desktop Manager.

    b) Go to the application loader and under "Add / Remove Applications" click Start and you will be presented with a list of applications

    c) Go down the list until you see "blackberry maps" --> select the checkbox > next > finish > reboot phone.
