I can't remote track or send audio ping! What do I do?
The Problem
When I send a command (Track BB / Audio PING ..etc) to my device all I receive is an e-mail with html coding and attachment. It does not show the location or send the audio command.
Solution 1
1. First make sure you have BB Native Email setup on your BB.
2. If you do, please do a battery pull and then try again. This will most likely fix the problem.
Solution 2 - Try this if Solution 1 doesn't work.
1. Go into SmrtGuard Application and navigate the menu About SmrtGuard-> Reactivate
2. Enter your activation code. You can find this code on the SmrtGuard website, under Account Tab, listed as "Device Side Activation Code"
3. When successfully done so, please manually reboot your BlackBerry by pulling the battery.
We have added some checks so the web command authenticate on the device. And if you had beta from pre v1.01, this might be the problem.
